These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the alqovex.com website, owned by Alqovex SpA, a Chilean stock company (sociedad por acciones), Tax ID (RUT) 77.984.512-3, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4501, office 1802, Las Condes, Santiago. Accessing and using the site implies the full acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose of the site
Alqovex is an informational platform that allows people aged 18 or older, residing in Chile or abroad, to learn about real estate crowdlending projects and subscribe to receive commercial information. The site does not, by itself, constitute a public offering of securities under Chilean Law 18.045 on the Securities Market.
2. Use of the site
The user agrees to use the site in good faith, in accordance with Chilean law, morals and public order. Any use that may damage the image, interests or rights of Alqovex or third parties is prohibited, as well as the submission of false information or the use of unauthorised automated means.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, trademarks, logos, photographs, designs and code) is owned by Alqovex SpA or its licensors, and is protected by Chilean Law 17.336 on Intellectual Property. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without written authorisation is prohibited.
4. Investment risk
Real estate crowdlending investments carry risks, including the partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Estimated returns are not guaranteed and depend on the success of each project. Each user is responsible for assessing their risk profile and seeking independent financial or legal advice.
5. Liability
Alqovex makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or cyber-attacks. To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, Alqovex shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or any consequential losses arising from the use of the site.
6. External links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Alqovex does not control nor takes responsibility for their content or availability. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Changes
Alqovex may modify these terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this site. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new version.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of Justice of Santiago, except where mandatory law states otherwise.
