Alqovex SpA, Tax ID (RUT) 77.984.512-3, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4501, office 1802, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile ("Alqovex"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us, in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Privacy and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Chile.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter or requesting information: full name and email address. We also collect technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser, language and pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to: (i) send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, (ii) reply to your enquiries, (iii) comply with applicable Chilean legal obligations, and (iv) improve the user experience of the website. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, given when completing the subscription form, and on the legal obligations applicable to Alqovex in Chile.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active or while there is a relationship with Alqovex, and afterwards for the legal periods required. Once those periods end, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
Your data may be processed by technology providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as data processors, located in Chile, Latin America, the United States or the European Union, always under appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability by writing to privacy@alqovex.com with a copy of your ID. You may also lodge complaints before the competent Chilean courts.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit, access control and regular audits.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on alqovex.com with its last update date.
