Real estate crowdlending in Chile

Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It consists of pooling capital with other people to take part in real estate projects that, individually, would be very difficult to reach.

Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that go to a specific project. Once the construction is completed and the targets are met, profits are distributed proportionally among all participants.

This model allows people with little capital to invest in large projects, such as residential buildings, housing complexes or the renovation of existing buildings, which is increasingly relevant within the context of Chilean urban development.

Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer the prerogative of large developers or investment funds: today, anyone who wants to take part can do so.
